The new enterpreneurial venture able to implement the nautical offer of 400 berths for boats up to 36 meters long, well-equipped shipyards and nautical services worthy of a five stars port in the Northern Adriatic Sea has been formally presented to Caorle. In the presence of the Chairman of the Italian Association of Adriatic Touristic ports, Mr. Roberto Perocchio, the well organized plan of the Nautical Pole of Sansonessa has been proposed in the town hall of this sea town of Veneto.
It deals with a new important nautical reality that will be carried out on 140.000 square meters, on 51.400 of water surface with an investment of about 40.000.000,00 euros and that put itself as the most modern nautical pole between Venice and Trieste. It will be equipped with shipyards, shopping areas and 400 berths with the capability of harbouring boats up to 36 meters long just when in the Northern Adriatic Sea the request of berths outclasses the offer.
The infrastructure will rise at the confluence of the Orologio channel and the mouth of Livenza, not so far from the wonderful and frequented historic center of Caorle and have access to the sea through the waterlight doors put in the Livenza. A wide marina with 400 berths designed in polygonal forms to follow the winding courses of the channels that define it with really unique architectural characteristics.
Actually the buildings will recall the “cagiandre” of the Arsenale of Venice, mixing the glorious past of the Serenissima to the most advanced technology. That will be put at yachtsmen’s disposal.
The Nautical Pole of Sansonessa once realized and operative will represent a precious economic driving force for this town which with its beach, lagoon and rivers has its hinges in nautical and sea tourism.
Understanding, planning and running environment is the logo of the e-Ambiente, the company that has contributed to the achievement of this project in a determining way with the study of environment impact.
